Welcome to Job Doorway! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Job Doorway's website and services. The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Job Doorway and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Job Doorway.

In no event shall Job Doorway, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
2. Terms for Job Seekers
This section applies specifically to users who register on the platform as "Job Seekers" to find employment opportunities and use our career development tools.
2.1. Subscription and Services
- Subscription Fee: Job Seekers are required to pay a subscription fee for access to the platform's premium services. The fee and duration (e.g., 5000 XAF for six months) will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and may be subject to regional pricing adjustments.
- Services Provided: This subscription grants access to services including, but not limited to, aCV generation from your profile information and enrollment in our periodic interview preparation workshops.
- Payment: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
2.2. User Conduct and Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- The CV generated by our platform is based on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and veracity of this information.
- You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause.
2.3. No Job Guarantee
Job Doorway provides tools, resources, and opportunities to connect Job Seekers with Employers. However, we do not guarantee employment, job placement, or any particular career outcome. Your success depends on your own skills, effort, and the conditions of the global job market.
3. Terms for Employers
This section applies specifically to companies, organizations, or individuals who register on the platform as "Employers" to post job vacancies and find potential employees.
3.1. Job Postings
- You are solely responsible for the content of your job postings on the Job Doorway website. You agree that all job postings will be accurate, truthful, and comply with all applicable international, national, and local laws, including labor and anti-discrimination laws.
- Job Doorway reserves the right to remove any job posting that, in our reasonable discretion, violates these terms or is otherwise not in the best interest of our global community.
3.2. Prohibited Content
You may not post jobs that contain:
- Misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
- Any form of discriminatory requirement based on race, gender, religion, age, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
- Any requirement for upfront payment or investment from the job applicant.
- Links to any site that competes with Job Doorway.
3.3. Candidate Data
You agree to treat all candidate data obtained through the Job Doorway platform with strict confidentiality. You will use this data solely for the purpose of your recruitment activities and will comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.) relevant to the candidates' locations.
